We will deliver your package within 10 – 40 days using an international courier service. Usually, packages will arrive within 2-3 weeks, however, they may arrive sooner or later as we do not assume any responsibility on behalf of the courier or commit to any delivery date. We will supply you with a tracking number for each package.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify at help@israelpack.com within 30 days of the date of receiving the box, if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.

When you join the subscription, your credit card will be charged immediately for your first subscription package and then each month on the day you've subscribed. All subscriptions are auto-renewed. Your subscription will continue until you cancel and will automatically renew for a new subscription period of the same amount of time, unless you cancel it before the following charge date the end of your then-current subscription period.
