What does Israel Pack do?
Israel Pack is commited to supporting small family businesses thrive despite unequal competition with global corporations. We practice fair trade principles, and buy beautiful handmade products from talented artisans all over Israel. Each month we send an item by a new maker to our subscribers. This way you get to connect with the people of Israel and discover the stories of the small makers and their businesses.
What type of products can I expect?
We work with the most talented artisans in Israel, and you will be able to choose their art and craft items such as pottery, home decor, kitchenware and tableware, jewelry, and much more.
How many products come in a monthly package?
Each month we will send you one handcrafted item created by the artisan we are helping this month. The product comes with a brochure that helps you to learn more about the maker and their story. Each monthly package will also include a small surprise: an extra item, or a handwritten thank you note from the maker, or a red string bracelet with your name... There is no shortage of options!
How can I buy Israel Pack subscription as a gift?
Yes, just choose a subscription plan, fill out the address of the person you wish to send your original Israeli gift to, and we will send the box on your behalf.
Can I pick and choose the items?
Yes, every month you can choose what item you'll receive in your next package. If you wish, we can surprise you and choose the product for you. There are no bad options, we pick only the best!
Do you send sample size products?
No! You will receive a full size item every month.
How can I order more of the products I love?

Where is my subscription fee going?
About 75 cents for every dollar you spend on your subscription go directly to the artisans to buy their arts and crafts. We are committed to paying fair trade price for their products.
15% of your subscription fee is spent on international shipping from Israel to your home, and 10% goes towards overhead.
What is the Add-On Market?
The Add-On Market is a members-only shop of top-rated products from our artisans. Every month we add a limited number of our favorite items - so make sure to purchase before they sell out!


Do I need to create an account?
All you have to do is to enter your name and email address at check out, and we will automatically create an account for you. You can also use your Facebook account to sign up.

How do I log into my account?
Once you have already registered your email address, logging in is super easy.

Add the e-mail address you are registered with and your personal password and you are done!
How do I change my password?
You can change your password very easily once you are logged in.

Select "Account details"

Enter your current password and new password on the bottom of the page.

Select "Save changes"

How do I change payment method?
If you'd change or update your credit card number or the payment method follow the next steps:

Log in to your account dashboard

Select "Payment methods" on the left side of your screen.

Step 3
Click "Add payment method", provide all the new details of the payment method and confirm.

Step 4
Choose "Make default" for the added credit card. Now you can delete the old credit card details.


When I will be charged?
Please note: When you join the subscription, your credit card will be charged immediately for your first subscription package and then each month on the day you've subscribed before pause or cancellation. All subscriptions are auto-renewed.

What is the billing address and why should I fill it in?
The billing address is an address which the customer has provided to us as an address of the contact and where they wish to receive the bill. As we work worldwide, we need your billing address to send a "hard copy" of your bill.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without fees or penalties. To cancel visit the "My Account" page and click "Cancel Subscription". Just remember if you cancel after a subscription fee has been collected, your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
What currency do you use?
We currently charge in US dollars. Foreign currencies will be converted according to your bank's policies.
Do I need to pay import or sales taxes?
We work exclusively with Israeli companies, therefore taxes do not apply to orders from the U.S. due to the United States-Israel Free Trade Agreement. Specific customs rules may apply to non-U.S. orders. When in doubt, please check with your local customs authority.
What if I can't afford a monthly subscription but I'm willing to support Israel?
While our subscription is monthly, it can be canceled at any time, so you can subscribe for as long or short as you like. Also, you can save by prepaying 6 or 12 months at a time. Another option would be visiting our members only online store and showing your support by purchasing our unique and inexpensive souvenirs.


How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription is auto-renewed every month before you cancel so that you could enjoy Israel Pack for years to come!
How do renewals work?
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for your first monthly package. Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be charged the following month unless you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling a subscription is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Log into "Account Page" and cancel by clicking on "Cancel Subscription". You will be sent a confirmation email immediately.
How do I make a one time order?
You can choose one of our already existing previous boxes here <a href="url"></a> or buy a subscription and then stop it right after your first box arrives. Cancelation is very easy, you can do it in one click from your client account on our website.


When my package will be shipped ?
Do I need to pay for shipping?
Your monthly packages ship free anywhere in the U.S. via Israel Post carrier (standard shipping option at checkout). For orders outside of the U.S., there may be a small shipping fee included in your monthly bill depending on your location. You will find the shipping cost for your country at check-out. We also offer paid expedited shipping via DHL.
How long does delivery take?
Your first package will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Directly from Israel right to your doorstep.
All the following months, your package will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after your billing date.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we send out your package, you will get an e-mail notification with all the details and tracking information so you can track your shipment from the moment the package is collected until it reaches its destination.
What if an item in my package is broken or missing?
We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at [email protected] if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.
Will the packaging keep the product safe during its delivery to my doorstep?
We follow the international best practices to ensure that fragile items are delivered safely. We pack everything to the best of our abilities.
The correct placement of the item inside the package and the right amount of cushioning allows the it to withstand events that can happen during shipping from Israel to your doorstep.
What if my item is broken?
We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at [email protected] if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.

We work only with local manufacturers, producers, and artisans. We handpick every item we put in our boxes to ensure that the box you receive is of the finest quality!

What is the return policy?
Israel Pack has a 30-days refund policy: if you are unsatisfied with the product, you can return it within 30 days. You will need to ship it back at your own cost, and we will offer a refund or a replacement.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] and we will also offer you a refund or a replacement.

What if my package does not arrive?
While delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks, with covid-19 the estimated waiting time might slightly increase. If your package does not make it within a month, please notify us at [email protected] or using our contact form, so we can send you another package or refund you.
Can I receive a refund if I don't receive my package?
We will always refund you if we've made a mistake with your order, however, we cannot offer refunds if your shipping address is incomplete or contains the wrong information. Please double check your shipping information when creating your subscription.
