What does Israel Pack do?
Israel Pack is a family friendly subscription box for all ages helping the lovers of Israel to experience the culture and history of the Holy Land. Each month we will ship you a curated selection of unique organic handmade items from local Israeli farmers and artisans.
Which type of products will I get in the box?
In each box, you will find an incredible variety of organic food, natural cosmetics and art, craft, and design items produced by artisans in the Holy Land.
How many products typically come in a box?
Our regular boxes have an average of 6-8 products, depending on weight and size.
Can I send the box as a gift?
Just click on a monthly subscription, fill out the address of the person you wish to send your original Israeli gift to, and we will send the box on your behalf.
What if I have food allergies?
We take our customers' safety very seriously. If you have severe allergies, please kindly read the product descriptions that you will find in the box.
Can I customize my box?
We are not able to offer personalized or customized orders at this time; however, if you have a special request, please reach out to us by email or social media and we will try to accommodate.
Do you send sample size products?
NO! All products inside your Israel Pack are full size items!

Do I need to create an account?
All you have to do is to enter your name and email address at check out, and we will automatically create an account for you. You can also use your Facebook account to sign up.
Forgot my password
If you need help resetting your password, we can help by sending you a link to reset it.

How do I log into my account?
Once you have already registered your email address, logging in is super easy.

Step 1
Go to and click on "login" at the upper right of your screen.

Step 2
Add the e-mail address you are registered with and your personal password and you are done!
How do i change password?
You can change your password very easily once you are logged in.

Go to your account dashboard

Step 2
Select "Account details"

Step 3
Enter your current password and new password on the bottom of the page.

Step 4
Select "Save changes"

You're all done!
How do I change payment method?
If you'd change or update your credit card number or the payment method follow the next steps:

Log in to your account dashboard

Step 2
Select "Payment methods" on the left side of your screen.

Step 3
Click "Add payment method", provide all the new details of the payment method and confirm.

Step 4
Choose "Make default" for the added credit card. Now you can delete the old credit card details.


When I will be charged?
Please note: When you join the subscription, your credit card will be charged immediately for your first subscription package and then each month on the day you've subscribed before pause or cancellation. All subscriptions are auto-renewed.
What is the billing address and why should I fill it in?
The billing address is an address which the customer has provided to us as an address of the contact and where they wish to receive the bill. As we work worldwide, we need your billing address to send a "hard copy" of your bill.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without fees or penalties. To cancel visit the "My Account" page and click "Cancel Subscription". Just remember if you cancel after a subscription fee has been collected, your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. You will receive a confirmation email after you have canceled.
What currency do you use?
We currently charge in US dollars. Foreign currencies will be converted according to your bank's policies.
Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax or any other fees regardless of the location of the shipping address. Specific customs rules may apply according to your country. When in doubt, please check with your local customs authority.
What if I can't afford $99 monthly?
While our subscription is monthly, it can be canceled at any time, so you can subscribe for as long or short as you like. You can also email us at [email protected] to inquire about other payment options.


What is the monthly subscription?
You will be charged every month and receive a new box with a collection of unique items produced in Israel.
How long will my subscription last?
Your subscription is auto-renewed every month before you cancel so that you could enjoy Israel Pack for years to come!
How do renewals work?
When you subscribe, you will be charged immediately for your first subscription box. Once your subscription cycle is over, you will be charged the following month unless you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling a subscription is very easy and only takes a few minutes. Log into "Account Page" and cancel by clicking on "Cancel Subscription". You will be sent a confirmation email immediately.
How do I purchase one time order?
You can choose one of our already existing previous boxes here <a href="url"></a> or buy a subscription and then stop it right after your first box arrives. Cancelation is very easy, you can do it in one click from your client account on our website.


When do you ship the box?
We ship all monthly subscription boxes between the 10th and the 15th and between 25th and 30th of each month. Twice a month.
How much is shipping?
The shipping costs of your package are depending on your choice at the checkout.

Starting from July Box, we will be shipping the vast majority of our boxes via DHL or Israel Post. Government postal services such as USPS, Canada Post, and Royal Mail are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.

We have received a lot of positive feedback from customers who have earlier opted for the DHL shipping option. Using DHL, customers are able to reliably track the shipment of their box and receive it quickly and safely, which we feel, is most important during these uncertain times. By doing so, we hope to reduce the number of delayed boxes and uncertainty that come with boxes that can't be tracked.

For countries that don't support DHL shipping, we'll be shipping your boxes with Israel Post + Tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the date of your order, shipping can take between 10 and 40 business days for standard contiguous USA, Canada, and other international shipments.
If you subscribe before the 10th of the month, your box will be shipped within the next few days, and you will enjoy the same month's surprise box. If you subscribe after the 10th of the month, you will have to wait for the next month's box to be shipped.
How can I track my package?
As soon as we send out your package, you will get an e-mail notification with all the details and tracking information so you can track your shipment from the moment the package is collected until it reaches its destination.
What if an item in my package is broken or missing?
We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at [email protected] if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.


Who are your suppliers?
We work only with local manufacturers, producers, and artisans. We handpick every item we put in our boxes to ensure that the box you receive is of the finest quality!

What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
Please note that cancellations are for future boxes only, and not for the boxes already paid for.
What if my box does not arrive?
The estimated waiting period is up to 6 weeks. If your box does not make it within this time frame, you should notify us at [email protected] or using our contact form, so we can send you another box or refund you.
Can I receive a refund if I don't receive my package?
We will always refund you if we've made a mistake with your order, however, we cannot offer refunds if your shipping address is incomplete or contains the wrong information. Please double check your shipping information when creating your subscription.
